Processing Time:
*** Due to the current supply chain issues, Processing and Shipping may encounter unforeseen and increased delays***
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification via email/text when your order has shipped*.
We process and ship orders the first of the week, Monday through Wednesday. Orders are sent 2-Day UPS, unless otherwise noted or a different shipping option is purchased. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
*If you receive a notice that a shipping label has been printed, please note that does not mean the order has shipped. It is being processed. Please follow UPS tracking information sent to you for actual shipment details and updates.
Locations We Ship To:
We currently ship to the Lower 48 in the United States. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates will depend on weight of order and shipping location.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number and information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3-4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at meatcustomerservice@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping must be to a physical address.
